MARRIAGE (PROHIBITED DEGREES OF RELATIONSHIP) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1949 - SECT 1 



1.Subs. (1)(2) amend ss.1, 4 of 1907 c.47; subs.(3) amends s.2 of, and sch.
to, 1944 c.7 (NI)

(4) The principal Act shall, so far as it relates to marriages authorised by
this Act, have effect as though it had been passed on the date of the passing
of this Act.
