Acquisition of land for allotments.

21. The powers conferred by the Allotments Act (Northern Ireland), 1932, on...
[district councils] for the purpose of the provision of allotments shall
include power to acquire by agreement land situate within or without their
area, and accordingly... residue amends ss.1, 2, 7 of 1932 c.17 (NI)
