REGIMENTAL DEBTS ACT 1893 - SECT 29 



29. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,

The expression "officer" includes a warrant officer, ...:

The expression "representation" includes probate and letters of
administration, with or without will annexed, ...:

The expression "representative" means any person taking out representation,
...:

The expression "prescribed" means prescribed by Royal Warrant:

[The expression "desert" means commit an offence against paragraph (a) of
subsection (2) of section thirty-seven of the Army Act, 1955].

Save as aforesaid expressions in this Act have the same meaning as in [the
Army Act, 1955].
