Exchequer to defray certain premiums in respect of Government loans for making advances under Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts. 2. Where (a)by virtue of sub-section (5) of section one of the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899, the proprietor of a house in respect of which an advance has been made under that Act repays to the [district council] the whole or any part of the principal outstanding in respect of the advance; or (b)the [district council] in exercise of any power of sale or taking possession recover the whole or any part of the principal outstanding in respect of any such advance; Short title, construction, citation and interpretation.
