Environment (Northern Ireland) (2002 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003

  Made 3rd February 2003 

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3)(a) of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002[1] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Northern Ireland) (2002 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003.

Appointed day
     2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Part IV (together with Schedule 4) of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 is 3rd February 2003.
