- (1) The following provisions of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 shall come into force on 1st November 2003.
(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) above are -

- (1) The following provisions of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 shall come into force on 19th April 2004.
(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) above are -
(3) The amendments made by sections 74 and 75 to the County Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1980[3] shall not apply to proceedings commenced before 19th April 2004.
