The Limited Liability Partnerships (2002 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004

  Made 22nd July 2004 

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 15(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Northern Ireland) 2002[1] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (2002 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

Appointed Day
     2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Northern Ireland) 2002, in so far as it is not already in operation, is 13th September 2004.
