The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 71(16) and 104(4) of, paragraphs 1(3) and 7(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Children Act 1989[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations - Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Child Minding and Day Care (Registration and Inspection Fees) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st August 2001. Amendment of the Child Minding and Day Care (Registration and Inspection Fees) Regulations 1991 2. - (1) The Child Minding and Day Care (Registration and Inspection Fees) Regulations 1991[2] shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation. (2) In regulation 3 (registration) -
(b) in paragraph (2) -
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) for "£12.50" there is substituted "£14.00".
(3) In regulation 4 (fee on annual inspection) -
(b) in paragraph (b) for "£85.00" there is substituted "£94.00"; and (c) in paragraph (c) for "£10.00" there is substituted "£11.00".
