(2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001[2].

- (1) The principal Regulations are amended as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 14(11) -
(3) In regulation 16(2)(b), for "Registration" there is substituted "Regulation".
