TRANSPORT

The Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2004

  Made 18th June 2004 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 120(1) of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003[1] hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation
     1.  - (1) This Order may be cited as the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2004.

    (2) In this Order, "the 2003 Act" means the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003.

Commencement of provisions
    
2. The following provisions of the 2003 Act shall come into force on 19th June 2004 -

This Order brings into force a number of provisions of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (c. 20) as follows -
